[/quote:buo9703p] hi, i tried all of the stuff u mentioned above. the check box and all have been ticked. and i noted the image size of the preview panel and it is correct. everything looks correct, but when it comes out, it just comes out really small. it puzzles me like hell too because my colleague can totally print from her computer (she is using CS3).
